Strategic Distribution Planning

Bringing the Brand to Market

We actively present the brand at key global markets and trade shows including Paris, New York, Chicago, and Las Vegas. In addition to showroom presentations, we conduct in-market retail appointments to maximize sell-in opportunities and capture orders ahead of production deadlines.

Retail Execution & In-Season Growth

After orders are placed, we work closely with internal operations teams to ensure timely approvals, deliveries, and retail readiness. Once product lands in store, we remain actively engaged with retail partners—monitoring sell-through, securing reorders, supporting merchandising, and ensuring sales associates are equipped to sell the brand.
